Roomsy by default runs night audit automatically. However, there might be a reason you want to run it manually. There is an option for that too in Roomsy.
Go to Settings>Company>Night Audit & Date
Click the "Manually Run Night Audit" button which will give you a warning message and post the charges on the folios based on your settings and change the date.
